What is the Bring Your Own Database (BYOD) feature?
Enterprise customers can connect their own PostgreSQL database. All team content — chats, agents, workflows, and notes — is stored exclusively in the customer's infrastructure. Mindify only retains authentication and billing data, giving you full data sovereignty.
Does Mindify Cortex support SSO?
Yes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 SSO are available on the Team plan via OAuth with no configuration required. SAML 2.0 (Okta, Azure AD, PingFederate) is available on the Enterprise plan.
Can I self-host Mindify Cortex?
